Frequently Ask Question

01. Are the machines listed in your inventory?

Yes, all the machines listed are in our inventory and located in our stock yard in Shizuoka.

02. What does FOB mean?

FOB stands for "Free on Board." This price covers the machine cost, customs clearance fees, and handling charges but does not include shipping costs. Any additional expenses, such as disassembly or extra work required, will be added to the FOB price.

03. Can you provide a quote to deliver the machine to the port?

Yes, we can provide a quote based on CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), which includes the machine cost, insurance, and ocean freight charges. Please note that import taxes and port fees at your location are not included in the CIF price.

04. How can we be sure you will ship the machine?

Once the machine is shipped from Japan, the shipping company issues a B/L (Bill of Lading), which confirms that your machine is loaded on board and will be transported from the origin to the delivery destination. To receive the machine at the destination port, you’ll need the original B/L. When the machine arrives at the port, you’ll receive an arrival notice from the shipping company. We’ll confirm the shipment by sending a copy of the B/L along with other relevant shipping documents via email or fax, and the original B/L will be sent by express courier service.
